DESCRIPTION:HARD HAT LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP\n\nPractical Leadership\, Communication & Team-Building Tools for Construction\n\nConstruction is a team sport   and leadership happens at every level\, not just in the office.\n\nThis high-impact workshop was developed specifically for the construction industry and focuses on one of the most challenging parts of the job: leading and communicating effectively with people.\n\nThrough construction-specific scenarios\, group discussion\, practical exercises\, and tools participants can take back to the jobsite\, this workshop explores what it takes to lead strong teams when schedules are tight\, problems arise\, personalities clash\, and difficult conversations can't be avoided.\n\nParticipants will look at how they show up as leaders\, how communication affects trust and influence\, how to prepare for and navigate challenging conversations\, and what helps teams move from reactive and frustrated to accountable\, motivated\, and productive.\n\nLeadership in construction isn't limited to a title.
