About Us
In 1935, Willis Jones established Jones Fine Sand Company alongside Sand Creek in Commerce City, Colorado. In 1961, Carl Palizzi purchased the business and has been operating it ever since. Today, we are a third generation, family owned and operated small business, specializing in the expert delivery of sand and related materials across the the entire front range. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality products at reasonable prices, all while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Although we are primarily known for our specialty sand mixes/products, we also offer our customers a variety of rock, gravel, and soil mixes. From our construction grade sands to our proprietary sand sculpture mixes and uniquely soft, white volleyball sand mixes - we've got you covered.
