Description
HARD HAT LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Practical Leadership, Communication & Team-Building Tools for Construction
Construction is a team sport — and leadership happens at every level, not just in the office.
This high-impact workshop was developed specifically for the construction industry and focuses on one of the most challenging parts of the job: leading and communicating effectively with people.
Through construction-specific scenarios, group discussion, practical exercises, and tools participants can take back to the jobsite, this workshop explores what it takes to lead strong teams when schedules are tight, problems arise, personalities clash, and difficult conversations can’t be avoided.
Participants will look at how they show up as leaders, how communication affects trust and influence, how to prepare for and navigate challenging conversations, and what helps teams move from reactive and frustrated to accountable, motivated, and productive.
Leadership in construction isn’t limited to a title. Whether you supervise a crew, manage projects, lead other leaders, or are simply someone others naturally look to, this workshop is designed to strengthen your ability to influence the people and teams around you.
